Our special beginner and therapeutic yoga classes and expert alignment instructions so you get the most out of each class. Shree Yoga is beautiful and secluded, with an eastern-facing wall of windows that looks out on a courtyard and the sparkling Saddle River. We are located in Bergen County minutes from: Ridgewood, Allendale, Paramus, Montvale, Mahwah and Ramsey. Ten percent of after tax profits goes to charities supporting the under-privileged both locally and overseas. New Students Both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. We want you to try our studio, so we offer an unbeatable special for first-time local students of 20 consecutive days of yoga for only $30. This makes sampling our yoga classes and expert teachers easy and stress free.
